1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Hoy Aquí (hoyaqui.es), you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Hoy Aquí is a directory of daily set lunch menus at restaurants across Spain. It allows users to find nearby restaurants offering a menú del día, and restaurant owners to publish and manage their menus.

3. User accounts

• You may create an account using your email address or via Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hoyaqui.app@gmail.com.

4. Restaurant-submitted content

• Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of the content they publish (menus, prices, restaurant information).
• By publishing content, you grant Hoy Aquí a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the service.
• Publishing false, misleading or spam content is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Accuracy of information

Hoy Aquí aggregates restaurant information from various sources. While we do our best to keep information up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or timeliness of menus and prices displayed. Always verify prices and availability directly with the restaurant.

6. Limitation of liability

Hoy Aquí is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including incorrect menu or pricing information.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms; we will notify you of significant changes by email if you have an account.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Spanish courts.
